Faccelove is a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand serving thousands of customers worldwide every day. Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences.

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to continuously improve the performance of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven and experienced in running A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing the customer journey to increase conversion rate and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests across key parts of the store including:

    • Product pages
    • Headlines and product copy
    • Checkout pages
    • Offers and bundles
    • Add-to-cart buttons
    • Page layouts and UX flows

       
  • Optimize product page structure to maximize conversion rate and revenue per visitor
  • Improve store speed, performance, and overall user experience
  • Develop data-driven hypotheses and turn them into actionable CRO experiments
  • Interpret test results and implement winning variations
  • Monitor conversion metrics daily and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure a seamless mobile shopping experience (priority)
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to validate assumptions and improve performance

     

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of CRO experience for e-commerce brands
  • Proven experience optimizing Shopify stores
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and buyer psychology
  • Experience running A/B tests using Intelligems
  • Experience optimizing:

    • Layouts
    • Headlines and product copy
    • Checkout flows
    • Offer structures
    • Site speed and performance

       
  • Ability to interpret analytics from GA4, heatmaps, and user recordings
  • Data-driven, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Available 5 days per week for ongoing optimization work

  • Experience working with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
  • Experience with post-purchase upsells and LTV optimization funnels
  • Experience collaborating with creative strategists and performance marketers
  • Strong understanding of high-converting e-commerce design
  • Ability to analyze competitors and propose advanced CRO strategies
