We are looking for a talented and highly capable Graphic Designer with proven experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics brands who will take ownership of creating high-performing visual assets for our marketing, advertising, and brand campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets for paid ads, social media, website, email marketing, and digital campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and web)
- Create engaging, conversion-focused creatives that align with marketing objectives
- Develop multiple design variations for testing and performance optimization
- Design graphics for product launches, promotions, and ongoing campaigns
- Ensure all creative assets align with Faccelove’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to execute content and campaign strategies
- Create visually compelling layouts, typography, and compositions that reflect premium beauty branding
- Stay up-to-date with beauty industry trends, design styles, and social media best practices
- Manage and organize design files, templates, and brand assets efficiently
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or e-commerce brands
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Figma)
- Strong understanding of social media design, paid ad creatives, and digital marketing visuals
- Ability to create engaging, conversion-focused designs
- Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Preferred:
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, or cosmetics brands (highly preferred)
- Experience designing paid social media ads and e-commerce creatives
- Experience designing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills are a plus
- Experience working with UGC-style creatives is a plus
