We are looking for an experienced Shopify Store Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce store. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a premium online shopping experience for our audience of mature women (45+)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store on a daily basis
- Update and improve homepages, product pages, collection pages, FAQ pages, and other key pages to match luxury brand standards
- Ensure consistent branding and premium visual experience
- Structure the website for maximum conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve user flow and retention
- Use AI tools and internal image libraries to enhance visual content
- Ensure all pages comply with legal standards (privacy, returns, shipping, terms, cookies, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams
- Monitor and analyze store performance, making quick, high-impact adjustments based on data
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Shopify Store Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of Shopify:
- Theme customization
- Layout structuring
- App integrations
- Basic Liquid knowledge (bonus)
- Demonstrated ability to optimize: homepages, product pages, collection pages, checkout flow, store navigation and structure
- Deep understanding of conversion psychology, UX/UI, and CRO
- Ability to create clean, premium brand experiences
- Experience with fast-scaling e-commerce brands
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently
- Available 2–5 hours per day, 5 days per week
