Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are taken care of.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data entry is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
