Job Title: AVP/VP - Corporate Affairs & Compliances

Location: Baddi (Himachal Pradesh)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced AVP/VP - Corporate Affairs & Compliances to join our team in Baddi (Himachal Pradesh). As the AVP/VP, you will be responsible for overseeing all corporate affairs and compliances for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, trade associations, and other stakeholders to keep abreast of industry developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and disclosure of information to relevant authorities.

• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and compliance issues.

• Coordinate and manage all internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.

• Develop and maintain a strong compliance culture within the organization.

• Handling HIMUDA and Himachal Government Bodies 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate affairs and compliances, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record of successful management of corporate affairs and compliances.
