As a senior software engineer and technical lead, you will lead the development team, design & implement features that accelerate innovation, and ensure the platform meets the highest performance standards. You will work together directly with the company leadership to translate the strategy into the roadmap and accelerate Findest's growth.
Stack: C#/.Net Core, Python, SQL, Elastic & React
In your day-to-day work as an SSE & Technical Lead, you will:
- Design and implement new features and improvements into our SaaS platform that help accelerate innovation.
- Lead, coach, and advance the development team to become a better version of themselves.
- Translate the product roadmap into the sprint priorities together with the product manager.
- Join customer conversations to thoroughly understand their needs and make them obsessed with our product.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the development team follows best practices and coding standards.
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc/Ph.D. in Computer Science or related work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in C#, .Net Core & SQL.
- 1+ years experience in leading a software engineering team.
- Significant experience using Object-Oriented Programming.
- Hands-on knowledge of web technologies and creating scalable APIs.
- Experience with Software Architecture.
- Knowledge of Python, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, or React is a plus.
- Strong expertise in working in an agile development environment and applying best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
