Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins
- Operate as a producing sales person touring and onboarding new prospects
- Handle members' issues professionally and objectively, to resolve them through exceptional customer service
- Partner with general managers to improve the quality of gym programs for members
- Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members
- Support the gym by acting as the manager on duty as needed.
Requirements
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Good organization and time management skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- A desire for learning new technology and techniques
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends
Compensation package= salary+ commission + bonus
