Role Overview

Fitometry Health Club is seeking an Internal Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing Specialist to own how our services, programs, and experiences are introduced, positioned, and activated inside the club.

  • This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of launch & promotion strategy, member experience, and operational execution—and wants to apply true GTM thinking in a dynamic, people-first environment.
  • This role requires a marketer with proven strategic experience assessing opportunities and building effective GTM campaigns that directly drive member engagement and revenue.
  • THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL DIGITAL OR SOCIAL MEDIA ROLE. This position is hyper-focused on internal GTM execution across the member journey—ensuring the right message reaches the right member at the right moment using Fitometry’s internal channels and frontline teams.
  • The ideal candidate understands how to take an offering from concept to launch, align teams around it, and drive adoption through intentional education, internal promotions, and engagement.

What Makes This Role Unique

Unlike a B2B SaaS GTM role focused on external lead generation, this position applies GTM discipline to a membership-based fitness ecosystem. Your “market” is our existing and prospective members. Your “product launches” are services like personal training, small group training, recovery modalities, challenges, and new experiences. Your success is measured by engagement, utilization, upgrades, and retention.

Primary tools include: - Email and SMS campaigns - App notifications - In-club digital tools (TVs, consoles, signage) - Staff-facing messaging, scripts, and education

Core Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy & Launch Execution

  • Own internal GTM strategy for new services, programs, and initiatives
  • Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to the Fitometry member journey
  • Create launch plans that align timing, channels, and staff activation
  • Ensure smooth, timely, and well-coordinated go-live execution

Member Journey Activation

  • Leverage Fitometry’s defined member journey to identify high-impact promotional inflection points
  • Match offerings to member behaviors, milestones, and readiness signals
  • Ensure promotions feel educational, relevant, and value-driven—not transactional

Campaign Development & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build drip campaigns and targeted messaging to drive:
    • Program awareness
    • Personal training and coaching engagement
    • Class and recovery utilization
    • Member events and challenges
  • Execute campaigns across email, SMS, app notifications, and in-club platforms

Sales Enablement & Staff Alignment

  • Create internal sales enablement tools, talking points, and messaging frameworks
  • Partner with Membership, Personal Training, Group Fitness, and Management teams
  • Ensure staff understands what is being promoted, who it’s for, and how to communicate value

In-Club Marketing & Experience Reinforcement

  • Translate GTM messaging into in-club visuals and digital placements
  • Use physical space, screens, and technology to reinforce campaigns at the point of experience

Growth, Feedback & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Gather feedback from members and frontline teams
  • Continuously refine messaging, timing, and channel strategy to improve results

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience - 3–7+ years experience in GTM, product marketing, growth marketing, or revenue-driven roles - Demonstrated ability to assess opportunities, develop strategy, and execute GTM campaigns that drive measurable engagement and revenue - Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launch execution - Proven ability to map customer journeys and activate behavior-based campaigns - Advanced written communication skills with an educational, motivational tone - Hands-on experience with Canva for campaign creation and internal marketing assets - Ability to build, edit, and deploy HTML-based email templates - Experience creating sales enablement materials and internal marketing tools - Familiarity with email, SMS, and campaign platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) - Highly collaborative with operations, sales, and service teams - Organized, proactive, and execution-focused

Value Plus Experience - Experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry - Graphic design background or strong visual storytelling skills - Social media experience (supporting role; not the primary focus) - Understanding of in-club technology and digital display systems
