We're looking for a Promotional Marketing Specialist who’s excited to help guide that journey through smart, creative, and engaging campaigns. In this position, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing campaigns that drive member engagement, boost program participation, and increase overall sales. You'll use the customer journey as a framework to create personalized and timely marketing efforts that speak directly to the needs and goals of our diverse fitness community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement targeted promotional campaigns to drive memberships, class sign-ups, and personal training services
- Map the Fitometry customer journey and identify opportunities to enhance touchpoints — from first visit to loyal member
- Collaborate with the Membership, Personal Training, and Group Fitness teams to align campaigns with program launches and seasonal goals
- Create content and messaging that resonates with current and prospective members across email, social media, in-club signage, and more
- Analyze campaign results to measure engagement, conversions, and ROI — and use those insights to refine future promotions
- Organize and manage promotional events
- Stay informed on health and fitness trends, local competitors, and member feedback to inform strategies
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in promotional, brand, or digital marketing (fitness or lifestyle brand experience a plus)
- Experience developing and implementing Go To Market campaigns
- Experience developing email and grassroot campaigns
- Strong grasp of customer journey mapping and behavior-driven marketing
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Energetic, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and helping people live healthier lives
