Due to our growing demand over the last couple of years, we have launched night-time operations in our busy warehouse. We are now seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee these operations at our site on the Tameside/Glossop border, from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations, including receiving goods, managing stock, and ensuring timely picking, packing, and dispatching of orders. Your role will involve energising and guiding a diverse team of full-time, interim, and agency staff during night shifts, focusing on motivating and developing them to achieve top performance. You will maintain a strong emphasis on health and safety, staff wellbeing, and the overall presentation of the warehouse, while actively addressing challenges and managing inventory.

Salary: £31,625 -£35,075 (Dependent on Experience + inclusive of shift allowance)
Contract: Full Time/ Permanent/37.5 hours per week
Onsite Working: Sunday – Thursday, 22:00 – 06:30
