We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer. You will be a part of our R&D department in Global but based in Stockholm. Together we are developing technical solutions used by customers in over 70 different countries.

What will you do?


As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Engineer Manager of Smart Cities in R&D. You will be responsible for the elaboration of any relevant top-down test scenarios to secure the best possible user experience.

 

Next you will be responsible for the overall definition, structuration and management of the end-to-end test execution chain including but not limited to unitary, integration, functional, user interface, regression, stress, and chaos testing.

 

You'll experience a high degree of autonomy and are empowered to take initiatives and leadership in all actions required to get things done. You will be supported by your peers, the team of tribe leads, squad leaders, business analyst and UI/UX designers.

 

In this role you will:

  • Participate in different squads composed of squad leader, developers, BAs, and test engineers 
  • Specifications review with the Business Analyst
  • Writing the test plan / test cases for the attention of the Test Engineer which secures the best possible user experience
  • Checking the tests results 
  • Performing global system tests in a test environment representative of the target's environment
  • Report defects in the defect management tool
  • Evaluate the severity of a defect with a customer view 
  • Take part in the sprint’s goals, planning and reviews, as well as the daily standups. Participate in all Agile activities of the squad
  • Provide material for the test engineer

 

 

Who are we looking for?

 

We are searching for someone who:

  • Great understanding in QHSE policy
  • Has excellent test analytical skills, and advanced experience in electrical accreditation
  • Has excellent communication skills, in English
  • Is outstanding in translating complex things and making usable and trustworthy test plans which when passed reflects optimal customer experience
  • Has experience in either/or
  • Mobile apps environment
  • Embedded apps environment
  • Cloud platform environment
  • Has experience in using Gherkin and Xray
  • Has a strong sense of ownership, and initiative
  • Has a strong ability to deliver and get things done
  • Experienced in working in an agile development / SCRUM
  • Is at ease and experienced with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • Being open minded, curious, capable of having a wide-open view, able to look over someone's own fence and pick things up which are not particular their job

 

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Parking branch
  • Experience in Banking Environment

EXPERIENCES:
IT Software study with 3-5 additional years of experience either in Software Development or Testing in an industrial technical environment.
