All about the role of Service Delivery & Warehouse Manager
Flowbird, Sweden is seeking an organized and capable Service Delivery & Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supply chain management, leading and developing the order, delivery, and warehouse processes. You will drive the development of working methods and routines, work cross-functionally, and participate in both internal and external projects.
What will you do?
As the Service Delivery & Warehouse Manager, you will also be responsible for managing Flowbird Nordic's field service operations in Sweden, strategically driving the team towards the delivery of service agreements and new service orders, as well as overseeing the order, stock, and delivery functions.
Key responsibilities include developing the order, stock, warehouse, and production planning process, ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing efficient communication with customers regarding forecasts, orders, and deliveries, and developing routines and processes within the department. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department's KPIs are implemented as part of various departmental goals and areas for improvement.
In this role, you will also play a key role in developing new services and managing the budget for your department. You will be responsible for driving the department's business development and resource optimization, as well as ensuring that the department's KPIs are achieved within the allocated budget. You will work together with employees to develop a good working climate within the unit, have full personnel responsibility, as well as responsibility for health and the environment within your area of responsibility.
