Join us as the Software Development Manager and take the lead in driving our team towards excellence. You won't just be overseeing a team of developers, you'll help them reach their full potential. From ensuring they have the right tools and resources, to fostering a culture of growth through education and training.


Your expertise will extend to conducting annual performance and salary reviews, keeping your finger on the pulse of each team member's progress. As a visionary leader, you'll monitor how they're tackling their assignments and enhance within the group dynamics. Your influence will also contain collaborations both within the department and externally.

  • Direct reporting employees
  • Responsibility for cloud platform development
  • Ownership of processes and methods for an efficient workflow primarily within software development
  • Ensuring high software quality, with right functionality and a robust architecture
  • Ensuring the quality and functionality of used third party products and/or solutions
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies and tools as opportunities for innovation and increased efficiency
  • Evaluating implementations on various levels
  • Ensuring secure coding practices are followed

 

Essential experience

  • University degree or equivalent through work experience
  • Leading and developing teams
  • Cloud Platform Services and Microservices architecture
  • Containerization
  • Familiar with work management tools for all phases of agile software development
  • Source control tools and platforms such as Git, Bitbucket and VSTFS
  • Agile Mindset such as Scrum, Kanban and Continuous integration
  • Speak and write fluent English

Desired experience

  • Atlassian Suite (Jira)
  • C# Software Development
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language
