Our UK Repair Centre is located with Salford (Greater Manchester) with easy access to public transport links.   

Role:

Flowbird are undertaking a bus ticket machine rework project for a major customer which will involve both PCB rework and hardware disassembly, reassembly and testing. This will be 12 Month Fixed term Contract.

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out hardware disassembly, reassembly, minor repairs and testing to a defined standard.
• Complete all required documentation to agreed standards.
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules.
• Assist with PCB rework if able.

Experience:

• Previous experience in hardware disassembly, reassembly and testing.
• Previous experience in hand held PCB rework beneficial but not essential. 

Key Skills:

• Eye for detail, hardware disassembly, reassembly and testing.
• Work as part of a team.
• Self-organised, motivated and able to work to defined timescales.
