A real estate administrative assistant provides administrative support to the real estate team to ensure smooth real estate transactions. Responsibilities include managing all paperwork and acting as a liaison for all involved stakeholders to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the real estate administrative assistant oversees marketing objectives and works with other team members to facilitate company events in the community. Most real estate assistants work in a real estate office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the property agents assigned.
- Tasks include:
- creating advertisements for CRM and marketing portals
- posting photos and videos of available properties
- producing brochures
- listings & verifications updates
- my answer client inquiries and convey the message
- classifies marketing advertisement
- Enters data into a computer, prepares reports, general documents & correspondence, and routes documents for approval and signature.
- Files and maintains departmental records.
- Orders office supplies as needed.
- Maintain databases, and prepare reports and spreadsheets for and as per managers’ request:
- Agents Listings Report
- Agents Price Reduction Report
- Agents Deals Report
- Agents Viewing Report
- Agents Verification Report
- Property Finder Featured Listings
- Houza – Exclusive Listings
- Property renewals
- Reception reliever on a shifting basis
- Duties may include, but are not restricted to running errands, opening and routing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, copying, scanning, faxing, and/or filing, writing, typing, or entering information into a computer, preparing, issuing, and sending out a variety of correspondence.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in assistant work which includes experience in an admin role.
- Must be organized with a focus on detail and able to function well in a multi-task environment.
- Excellent computer skills are essential
- Good communication skills.
