Compelling Proposition also offers successful candidates Commission remuneration that not only exceeds the market rate but is also recurring for the life of the rental agreement.

Forest Real Estate LLC offers an employment contract, work visa, and RERA license application also office space, landline, and computer, and the opportunity to travel to conduct qualified face to face meetings with international investors and landlords.

You will also be responsible for developing long-term relationships with local and international customers and overseeing sales.

As a Senior Property Consultant (Short Term Rental), you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

You should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
• Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in the Real Estate Industry ideally Rental and or Secondary Consultant for at least 1 year or 3 years of sales experience in other industries.
• Hands-on experience in Real Estate and an ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries in a good and timely manner
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field would be a nice to have
• Hold a valid UAE or international driving license
• RERA Certification is an advantage
• EU, UK passport holders preferred since Forest conduct international roadshows whereby we fly agents from Dubai to international destinations to meet qualified investors looking to invest in Dubai
