Job summary
This job involves collaboration with experienced project managers, software developers, and international clients utilizing cutting edge technologies and agile management techniques. Essentials:

- Contract type: Full-time B2B contract or Contract of Mandate (UoZ in Poland)
- Salary: 50 to 65 PLN/H + VAT

Key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain automated tests using Selenium
- Develop test plans to cover usability, design and engineering quality assurance
- Identify software problems, determine steps to reproduce them, and enter them into a problem-tracking database
- Report testing status and results of testing activities
- Provide application instructions for users
- Help prepare official release notes
- Measure end-user and client satisfaction
- Participate in client-facing delivery of reports, proposals, requirements’ documentation, and presentations
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA team and members international client teams
- Support the team with manual testing when needed
Core requirements:
- At least 6 months of work experience in writing automated tests with Selenium
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g.,Java, JavaScript or Python)
- Strong problem solving, analytical and planning skills
- Multitasking capabilities and strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for quality
- Personal character and work ethic
- Fluency in English (Our team coordinates tasks and works with customers and partners worldwide. On a daily basis we speak/write English.)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in testing across multiple platforms (mobile, web, etc)
- Exposure to other automation techniques (e.g., API testing, integration testing, CI/CD pipelines)
- Bachelor’s degree or greater (Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields)
- QA certification: ISTQB, iSQI
- Experience performing application security audits
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted test automation (e.g., using AI tools to generate or analyze tests
