POSITION SUMMARY: 

 

We are looking for a motivated and proactive person who will handle HR activities, and some  administrative tasks. We are a small team, so we are looking for someone who can operate in various areas related to HR and office organization and who will take action to make the workplace even more attractive for current employees. You’ll have a chance to showcase a variety of skills and complete a variety of HR related tasks. It's a great place for a well-organized, self-driven individual who is looking to advance their career in the area of HR. This job involves extensive collaboration with other FM employees.

 

ESSENTIALS:

  • Location: Młynarska 7, Warsaw, Poland
  • Employment: Full-time, Part-time, flexible employment options Contract of Mandate or Employment Contract
  • Project industry: Software development for HealthTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries
  • Company size: 30+

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Managing personal files and documentation (new hires contracts, annexes, medical check-ups etc.)
  • Cooperation with external payroll provider
  • Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Responsible for office administration: management of office supplies, preparation and placing of orders, contact with vendors, etc. 
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR and office related topics (absences, personal information updates, benefits, and more).
  • Support Team Leads in HR or office related tasks
  • Other HR projects, as needed


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Very good command of English and Polish (fluent)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-managed, reliable, proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Available at least 4 days a week

 

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Any work experience in office administration
  • Practical knowledge of labor law regulations
