ESSENTIALS:

  • Location: Młynarska 7, Warsaw, Poland (but we are relocating our office to Stary Mokotów in Q4)
  • Employment: full-time/part-time (min. 32h per week); contract of employment / contract of mandate, B2B. Flex time possibility for student
  • Salary: 45-60 PLN/hour
  • Project industry: Software development with focus on latest “AI way” for HealthTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries
  • Company size: 20+
     

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as first-line support for our team (help desk & troubleshooting).
  • Administer and maintain user accounts and access controls (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Support device lifecycle management: provisioning, configuring, and maintaining laptops and mobile devices.
  • Maintain an inventory list of IT equipment
  • Monitor and maintain network performance (wired and wireless).
  • Assist with IT security operations: security audits, patch management, endpoint protection (Bitdefender).
  • Review and improve internal IT policies & documentation.
  • Support the rollout of new technologies and contribute to IT-related projects.
     

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn – quick problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Ongoing studies in IT, Computer Science, or related field (3rd+ year preferred).
  • Knowledge of some of the following:

    • Windows Server,, Active Directory
    • Microsoft 365 / Azure 
    • Google Workspace administration
    • Network basics (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
    • Security tools (e.g., Bitdefender, endpoint protection)
