QA Summer Intern at Freeport Metrics

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’d like to invite you for a 3 month paid summer internship program. During the internship, you’ll have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with experienced QA Specialists. 
This job involves collaboration with project managers, UX designers, software developers, and international clients utilizing cutting edge technologies.

ESSENTIALS:

• Location: Młynarska 7, Warsaw, Poland (hybrid work model)
• Employment: Paid 3 months internship program (based on “Umowa zlecenie”)
• Timeline: July 3rd - Sept 29th (full-time)
• Project industry: Software development for HealthTech, FinTech, and FoodTech industries
• Company size: 70+

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Create test scenarios and test cases
• Develop test procedures for validations
• Identify software problems, determine steps to reproduce them, and enter them into a problem-tracking database
• Report testing status and results of testing activities
• Provide application instructions for users
• Help prepare official release notes
• Cooperate with project managers, UX designers, software developers and international client teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• To be an independent, quick learner
• Currently enrolled student (2+ year of university), just graduated or equivalent skills/credentials
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (a must)
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills
• Passion for quality
• A superior personal character and work ethic

• Academic awards received within the last five years

• Active participation in student organizations or other experiences
