Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing, artisanal French bakery known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013 with the goal of bringing fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets and Viennese items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. With retail locations across the DMV and a large Wholesale customer base the company is actively searching for a dynamic team member, to fill our Pastry Packer position for our Rockville, MD Production Center.
We are seeking a Pastry Packer that is eager to learn and who can follow a schedule, are dependable, have reliable transportation and have the ability to work on their own in a fast-paced environment. You will be working in our warehouse at the Rockville, MD Production Center.
*You will be handling delicate and fragile pastries such as fruit tarts and eclairs. You must be able to move quickly while handling products with care and precision.
You will work 5 days a week: Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM-6PM. No Experience needed.

Job duties include:
- Follow packaging process, rules and food safety standards
- To shape cardboard boxes every day
- Put in crates of frozen products, which implies a presence in the freezers a few minutes.
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow directions
- Perform tedious repetitive tasks such as bagging, slicing, making boxes
Required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift more than 50lbs
- Ability to stay on your feet for 8 hours
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
