We are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our team. You will manage our client portfolio to help our clients improve their web presence.
As a Digital account manager, you should have solid experience in paid / search engine marketing, across Google & Facebook Ads pey-per-click (PPC), with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
You should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any queries or concerns
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Set search marketing strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Onboard new clients and ensure they understand our services and how they can benefit their business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client campaigns are executed successfully and on time
- Present social media strategies for clients
- Report on web performance metrics
- Analyse digital campaigns success
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Digital account manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Hands on experience with CRM software
- Understanding of paid / search engine marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Strong organisational skills is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- BSc degree in Marketing or related field, with relevant certifications in digital marketing or account management is a plus
