Manage client relationships and drive sales growth!
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business opportunities, and actively pursue sales leads. Your focus will be to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up as needed.
- Assist the call center with daily operations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to track sales progress.
- Ensure client needs are met throughout the sales process.
- Address and resolve any sales-related issues that arise.
- Report on sales performance and escalate concerns to management.
- Create and maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and plans.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent work ethic and customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and process numerical data.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
General Information:
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- After hours and weekends may be required based on workload
