Administrative Support Assistant

Garcia Roofing is hiring an Administrative Support Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This full-time role starts $16/hour, and is based in our office. You’ll assist with everything from customer financing support to scheduling, documentation, and general office duties — making a direct impact on teams across the company.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Guide customers through the financing process with professionalism and clarity
- Handle office communications: phone calls, emails, and messages
- Support scheduling, document prep, and team coordination
- Assist with reports, spreadsheets, invoices, and internal tracking
- Attend meetings, take notes, and help prepare materials
- Pitch in on errands, field visits, or special projects when needed
- Provide general support to multiple departments as needs arise
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Strong communicator — clear, friendly, and responsive
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable learning new tools — Google Workspace, Excel, etc.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information
- Willing to grow and take on more responsibilities over time
What You'll Get:
