BILINGUAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for employee relations, benefits administration and training, personnel records management, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, assisting with payroll and supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources department.

Role and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Performs data entry and maintains personnel files and confidential documents.
• Process weekly payroll and benefits administration.
• Responsible for coordinating company-wide events.
• Assist employees with understanding company policies and benefits. 
• Analyze and prepare reports of employment-related data.
• Sponsors company culture and continuous improvement.
• Assist and develop performance reviews for employees and managers.
• Complete various on-boarding/off-boarding tasks and documents.
• Achieve staff goals through planning, monitoring, counseling, disciplining, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate with managers to ensure that their employees’ needs are being met.
• Assist the company with administrative duties and special projects.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is required
• Minimum 2 years of human resources experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with HRIS and HR systems/programs
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve company goals
• Knowledge of general HR laws and topics related to employee relations and employment life cycle.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to all issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Work Schedule: (Full time)
  • Monday - Friday 
  • 7 AM to 5 PM 
  • After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
