Are you someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service, is detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with others over the phone? We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and enjoys working with both customers and sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries across various channels.
- Provide product, policy, and service information.
- Resolve or escalate customer concerns.
- Input and manage leads, accounts, and records.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents.
- Meet performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Assist with team training and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills including active listening and critical thinking
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products
- Accuracy in data entry and proficient typing skills
- Service-oriented with desire to resolve customer issues
- Positive, upbeat attitude and team player
General Information:
- Work Schedule: (Full time)
- Monday - Friday
- 7 AM to 5 PM
- After hours and weekends depending on the workload.
