Field Supervisor – $16-$18/hr

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Field Supervisor to be the bridge between homeowners and our roofing team. No prior roofing experience is needed—just strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to get on roofs.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Check materials before installation and document job progress with photos.
- Support our senior Quality Control supervisors.
- Ensure job sites remain clean and organized.
- Safely climb roofs to perform basic quality checks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and basic tracking
- Valid driver’s license and ability to climb roofs
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
Pay & Perks:
- $16-$18/hr (based on experience)
- Company vehicle (picked up from and returned to the office daily)
- Steady full-time work (7 AM – 5 PM, with plenty of overtime opportunities)
