Outside Sales Representative – Opportunity at Garcia Roofing
Garcia Roofing is hiring driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. If you’re motivated, organized, and comfortable climbing roofs, this is a high-earning opportunity with no income cap.
Compensation & Perks:

- Warm leads provided, with door knocking encouraged when lead volume is low.
- Higher Commission for Canvassed Sales: Earn more on jobs you close from door knocking.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and assess roofs (must be comfortable climbing).
- Generate accurate measurements and estimates using our CRM.
- Guide customers through the sales process from first contact to project closeout.
- Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline.
- Work independently while communicating clearly with internal teams.
- Canvass neighborhoods during low lead times to generate new leads and maintain momentum.
Who We’re Looking For
- Confident climbers with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communicators who are professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
- Organized self-starters who take ownership of their results.
- Prior sales or construction experience is helpful but not required—we train the right people.
