Garcia Roofing is seeking a Roof Repair Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems on the spot, and earning solid pay without chasing cold leads. You’ll focus on residential roof repairs—leaks, damage, and small service jobs—providing estimates and helping homeowners protect what matters most.
Starting Pay: $18–$20/hour + commission
Top Performers Earn: $60K–$80K+ annually - No cap on commission.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect Roofs: Climb residential roofs safely to assess minor damage and repair needs.
- Create Repair Estimates: Use our tools and templates to deliver clear, accurate repair quotes.
- Support Customers: Communicate clearly and confidently to help homeowners understand their options and next steps.
- Close the Job: Follow up consistently to schedule work and ensure a smooth process from quote to completion.
- Document the Visit: Keep detailed notes, photos, and updates in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
- Located Near Baton Rouge: Must live within 30 minutes of our Prairieville office for lead dispatch and team meetings.
- Roof-Safe: Must be able to safely climb and walk roofs.
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- People-Oriented: Great with customers, responsive to questions, and reliable in communication.
- Organized: Can manage time, follow up with leads, and document jobs accurately.
- Motivated: Wants to earn more based on hustle and consistency
