The Senior Administrative Assistant at GenPact plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations within the organization by offering substantial support to the executive team. This individual will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to, calendar management, coordination of meetings, handling of travel logistics, and preparation of reports. The right candidate is service-oriented, has strong problem-solving skills and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Managerial Support: Offer comprehensive support to the executive team which includes but not limited to managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, plan and coordinate on and off-site meetings, handle domestic and international travel arrangements, and provide expense report support.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as the liaison between the executive team and the different departments within the company, coordinating logistical and communication needs.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes of meetings as required. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects as required, demonstrating a high-level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role preferably in a similar industry. Experience working with the executive level management is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn other company-specific programs.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize, able to work under pressure, and meeting deadlines. A good team player who is also able to work independently.
