The primary function of the Inside Sales Representative is to drive product sales and profitability through building relationships with new and existing customers. The Inside Sales Representative will also have product management responsibility for a specific product. A good Representative is an effective communicator, can work within a team-based culture, has strong business acumen, and clearly understands how to drive profitable business results.

Performance Requirements :
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
• Collaborate with the Division Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales. • Coordinating efforts with Sales Team.
• Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
• Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc.
• All other duties as assigned
Standards of Performance
• Minimum of 5 years Sales experience.
• Proven Sales Leader.
• Experience with building products a strong asset.
• Travel/Transportation may be required to visit. Valid License required.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies & procedures.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Work Conditions
• Gross base salary range $50,000 to $60,000 plus discretionary bonus potential
• Full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and any overtime as required
• Working in Sales Department located at designated Gillfor facilities (Moncton, NB)
• Report directly to Division Manager
• Benefits to commence after completion of probationary period of three months of employment.
