Job Description:
Gillfor Distribution is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and experienced Inside Sales Representative for our Mt. Pearl branch. The Inside Sales Rep will champion all product lines and be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts, promote manufacturer’s programs and source new opportunities in the Mt. Pearl area. This position reports to the Division Manager of the Mt. Pearl branch.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity and knowledge of the building supply industry an asset
- Solid team player who aggressively looks for opportunities to increase sales
- Highly self-motivated and is target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to execute market pull-through activities
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of two years’ experience or more as a sales representative strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Remuneration:
- Gillfor offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Group Benefit Plan and RRSP Contribution.
- Annual salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience.
