About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Remote Web Developer based in Philippines, with strong expertise in HubSpot CMS and front-end development. Although this position is fully remote, candidates must be based in the Philippines for time zone alignment and compliance purposes.
You will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing websites and landing pages, ensuring performance, integration, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain websites, templates, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
- Convert design mockups and wireframes into mobile-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages.
- Develop custom HubSpot modules, themes, and workflows.
- Implement front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Test, troubleshoot, and debug across multiple browsers and devices.
- Integrate HubSpot with APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver optimized user experiences.
- Continuously improve website performance, SEO, and lead-generation flow.
Requirements
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines (mandatory).
- Full-time availability only (40 hours per week).
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as a Web Developer, with proven HubSpot CMS development experience.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CMS (custom templates, modules, themes, workflows).
- Strong coding background in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Knowledge of responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for development and on-page optimization.
- Experience in API integrations and HubL (HubSpot’s templating language).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a remote team setup.
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Google Tag Manager, or analytics implementation.
