Own our HubSpot ecosystem (and client portals) end to end. You’ll define ICPs, operationalize acquisition and lifecycle programs, enable sales with the right process and tooling, and turn data into revenue. You’re part strategist, part builder, part doer—comfortable jumping from workflow logic to copy for a sequence to a pipeline report.
What you’ll do
- CRM ownership (HubSpot): Architecture, data hygiene, properties, pipelines, deal stages, lead scoring/routing, permissions, audits, integrations.
- ICP & segmentation: Research markets, synthesize win-loss insights, define/beta-test ICP hypotheses, build target lists and segments.
- Acquisition & Outreach: Build and run outbound sequences and inbound nurture campaigns (email + LinkedIn). Write, test, and iterate messaging.
- Lifecycle & automation: Design journeys from first touch → MQL → SQL → Closed Won; implement workflows, SLAs, and alerts.
- Revenue analytics: Create dashboards for funnel, conversion rates, velocity, CAC/LTV proxies, campaign attribution, cohort retention.
- Sales enablement: Playbooks, templates, meeting types, handoff processes, forecasting hygiene, and call/notes standards.
- Client-facing ops: For selected accounts, be the HubSpot “owner”—scoping, building, training, and presenting results.
- Compliance & deliverability: CAN-SPAM/GDPR awareness, domain warm-up, list governance, and sending reputation best practices.
Must-haves:
- 2–4+ years in HubSpot CRM/Sales/Marketing Hub (admin + hands-on campaign ops).
- Proven experience in B2B services growth/revops/sales ops.
- Proven experience in HubSpot CRM, backed up with relevant certifications.
- Strong systems thinking: workflow logic, property design, lifecycle stages.
- Comfortable with prospecting & writing outreach/nurture copy (short, punchy, value-led).
- Analytical chops: define KPIs, build dashboards, interpret funnel leakage, run experiments.
- Client-facing communication: can scope, present, and push projects to completion.
Benefits
- Meaningful ownership of revenue outcomes and the HubSpot stack.
- Remote-friendly culture with async defaults and clear goals.

Compensation & location
