We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager with expertise in HubSpot to optimize customer relationship strategies, enhance client retention, and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires managing CRM systems for diverse clients while maintaining seamless operations through reliable infrastructure.
Salary: PHP30,000-40,000 per month DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM to align with client needs.
- Develop automated workflows, segmentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Oversee CRM systems for multiple clients, ensuring tailored solutions for customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze client-specific data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and client success teams to unify CRM processes.
- Train internal and client teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the team and clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (certification preferred).
- Proven track record of managing CRM systems for external clients.
- Based in Metro Manila with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet/power supply.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive retention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with additional CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Experience working with a web agency.
- Background in SaaS or B2B environments.
