Operations Manager (Remote, Manila-Based)
Location: Manila-based, Fully Remote (Philippines time zone preferred)
Salary: PHP25,000–37,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire cross-functional remote teams to deliver operational excellence and sustained client success.
- Optimize internal processes for greater efficiency and scalable growth across the agency.
- Own client success management: Ensure world-class service and satisfaction across all engagements.
- Develop, document, and update playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation for every operational area.
- Proactively monitor daily operations, swiftly resolving issues to guarantee smooth agency performance.
- Drive key agency-wide initiatives—from process improvements to team capability building.
- Collaborate with founders and senior leaders on strategic growth and innovation projects.
- Oversee a team of distributed professionals (marketers, designers, developers, and more).
Performance Metrics
- Streamline and standardize all core business processes within your first 6 months.
- Maintain a client satisfaction score of 9/10 or above.
- Achieve quarterly improvements in team efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration.
Tools & Platforms
Experience with these is a plus (but not required):
- HubSpot (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service)
- Project Management suites (e.g., ClickUp, Asana)
- Google Workspace
- Loom
- Standard remote work software
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations management, business process improvement, or a related field—ideally within a digital agency, startup, or tech environment.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven success in remote team management and driving initiatives across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and process documentation.
- Analytical thinker and optimization mindset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
- Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
