We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented project manager/customer success to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, as well as a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proven experience in managing projects, and collaborating with teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication and coordination
- Develop, maintain, and report project schedules and timelines using ClickUp
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to the required standards
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope
- Facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and action items
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and best practices for project management
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials
- Manage support tickets and answer questions/requests from clients
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Salary: starting at USD450, depending on experience.
