We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team and help ensure the successful execution of projects across various departments.

 

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project progress.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and track progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, timelines, and reports.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project developments and changes.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and issues and collaborate with the team to find timely solutions.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines related to project tasks and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular project updates and status reports to clients and senior management.
  • Resource Management: Track project resources and ensure proper allocation to meet project demands.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in project coordination or project management roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with budget management and scheduling software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
