Skills

 Demonstrable ability to create user interfaces for both web

and mobile systems with adherence to UX design principles

 Hands-on experience of UI design tools, including but not

limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and XD, Sketch,

InVision Studio, Balsamiq or equivalent

 Familiarity with UX/UI design schema for iOS, Android and

web systems

 Ability to grasp user requirements and translate them into

tangible designs

 Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus

 Enthusiastic, self-initiative, willingness to expand role

Roles and Responsibilities

 Interact with internal stakeholders and customers to gather

feature requirements

 Design content and user flow models in line with standard

business processes

 Follow and improve the company’s design style guide

 Create UI screens and mock-ups for new products and ones

being upgraded

 Guide and coordinate with design developers to convert

designs into shippable products

 Maintain a pipeline of projects in conjunction with

multiple cross-functional employees
