Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organised files and records, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
