We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email & Automation) who is highly skilled in outbound prospecting, cold email campaigns, and leveraging AI-driven tools. You’ll play a vital role in building high-quality prospect lists, driving outreach campaigns, and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date prospect lists using AI tools such as Clay and Smartlead.ai.
- Craft and send targeted cold email campaigns designed to engage decision-makers and generate leads.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for deliverability, open rates, and response rates.
- Use AI-driven data enrichment to ensure lists are accurate, relevant, and targete
- Track, log, and manage outreach activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce, etc.).
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including open, reply, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine messaging and target industries.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in cold email, lead generation, and outbound prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with Smartlead.ai, Clay, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting ability for persuasive and personalized cold outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Proven results in setting up and running cold email campaigns with measurable success.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Positive, professional, and collaborative—able to work closely with both UK and PH teams.
- A creative problem solver who brings new ideas to improve outreach success.
- Results-oriented—driven by performance and measurable outcomes.
Work Environment
