We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist with expertise in paid ads campaigns to oversee and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have experience running and managing paid ads across these platforms, with a focus on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to execute high-performing campaigns that support business growth and reach our target audience effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube ad campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Ad Copy & Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored to each platform's audience.
- Audience Targeting: Use advanced targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences, utilizing demographics, behaviors, interests, and more to optimize ad performance.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while driving the best results.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, to continuously improve strategies.
- Optimization & Testing: A/B test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign setups to identify the most effective approaches. Adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube while leveraging the strengths of each platform to achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that ads align with overall business objectives, promotional goals, and product offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Creative mindset with experience in designing and testing ad copy and creatives.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
