The Administrative Assistant will be part of the immediate office team where they will provide support to the management and other staff at GTC 360. Their role involves conducting research, processing paperwork, maintaining databases, and distributing information through telephone calls and professional emails. They will be primarily responsible for the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks. Their duties include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage office communications, including answering the telephone, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation for meetings and appointments.
    • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and guests.
    • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office, addressing problems and queries appropriately.
    • Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
    • Maintain and manage office services by organizing office operations, procedures, and resources.

Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field is preferred.
    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in a corporate environment.
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
    • Proficient use of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Professional certificate in office management is a plus.
