As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our internal operations and day-to-day administrative functions.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting office operations, maintaining organized records, and assisting senior team members with administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
Ensure internal processes align with company policies and basic health and safety standards
Provide administrative assistance to senior staff, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
Maintain company records, databases, contracts, and invoices
Prepare internal reports, letters, and routine business communications
Assist with document tracking and data accuracy
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
Experience supporting office operations and managing documentation
Comfortable using office productivity tools, cloud-based systems, and databases
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
