Work Schedule: 50 hours per week (7 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturdays as needed)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction project management methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the best results. What you will be doing
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the projects
- Effectively communicate and respond to customer bids and requests
- Source new bidding opportunities through private and government channels
- Utilize software to estimate project costs accurately
- Plan, enforce, and manage project schedules and budgets
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Coordinate with suppliers for material orders, scheduling, and verification
- Conduct site walks to identify and capitalize on viable opportunities
- Develop clear scopes of work for delivery to project teams and customers
- Accurately estimate and manage man-hours across multiple projects
- Partner with HR to hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Who you will partner with
- Internal: Executive Admin, HR Director, Laborers, Top Executive Team
- Assist the management team in selecting projects aligned with company growth
- External: Subcontractors, Customer's Project Managers, Material Suppliers
- Foster and maintain customer relationships to cultivate future opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Background in managing construction projects (educational or work experience)
- Willing to manage multiple small projects at one time (<$10,000/project)
- Experienced managing $2M projects
- 2+ years of experience leading construction teams
- 2+ years of experience with corporate or government clients
