In this role you will get the opportunity to:
- Develop business relationships with some of the most prestigious and well known learning institutions, organizations, and brands in the world.
- Ensure the success of our customers by helping coach, train, and service their needs while ultimately empowering them to create better, more engaging interactive content for their learners/users.
- Contribute ideas, suggestions, and strategies to help shape H5P as a company and improve our internal customer success processes.
- Onboarding: Helping customers get started with our products and providing guidance on how to use our solutions effectively.
- Troubleshooting: Helping customers resolve issues or problems they might encounter with the software.
- Training: Providing training and educational resources to customers to help them maximize the value of our services.
- Identifying opportunities and upsell to customers on additional products or services that may benefit them.
- Gather feedback so as to communicate with our product development team on ways in which we can ultimately improve our platform.
- Directly contribute to the value of H5P Group as a company by ensuring the renewal of our customer’s licenses and generating revenue (via upgrades).
- Grow and develop personal skills which ensure you are equipped to provide the best possible service to customers to achieve your own professional goals.
About you
These are some of the skills and experiences we think are important for this role:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Customer Success Specialist or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar. - Holding over 4 years of relevant experience can compensate for not having a bachelor's degree.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills. As the majority of the communication is textual, you must be a fast typer.
- All internal and external communication is in English; you must be able to write and speak English fluently (Norwegian is not a requirement).
- The ability to “think on your feet” and juggle many projects/tasks at once.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle stressful situations (i.e. managing several operational tasks/systems and communications simultaneously).
- A self-driven person that likes to take initiative and responsibility.
- Service-minded.
- Familiarity with the CRM Copper is a plus!
- Familiarity with Edtech solutions is a plus but not a requirement, as long as you identify yourself with being tech savvy. You must be able to learn and acquire deep IT product knowledge efficiently.
- Experience from working within an international environment. Our company language is English and all communication is conducted in English.
- The position requires a clean criminal record, relevant candidates must submit documentation of this.
To be successful as a Customer Success Specialist at H5P Group, you should be able to explain product and service specifications clearly and concisely. Top candidates have excellent problem-solving and people skills.
