We're growing our remote support team and looking for dependable people who enjoy chatting with customers in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
We’re looking for a Remote Chat Support Representative to help customers through our online chat system. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating, typing quickly, and solving problems. You’ll answer questions, guide customers through product choices, track orders, and provide a friendly, helpful experience, all from the comfort of your home.
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and friendly manner
Help customers find costumes, accessories, or product details
Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and general questions
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate conversation logs and follow communication guidelines
Provide a positive, fun, and supportive experience for every customer
Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent service quality
Fast and accurate typing skills (40–60 WPM preferred)
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multitask across chat windows and tools
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Previous customer service or chat support experience (preferred but not required)
Problem-solving skills and a calm, friendly attitude
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
100% remote , work from anywhere in the U.S.
