As a Virtual Chat Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers shopping online. Your job is to answer questions, provide product guidance, help customers find exactly what they’re looking for, and make sure they have a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
Assist shoppers with product recommendations, sizing questions, order tracking, and general support.
Guide customers through costume options, accessories, and decorations based on their needs.
Resolve issues with empathy and clear communication.
Maintain accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Collaborate with other team members when needed to ensure customers receive complete solutions.
Provide feedback on common customer questions to help improve chat templates and FAQs.
Strong written communication skills — you know how to sound professional while still being warm and personable.
Customer service experience (retail, chat, call center, or similar).
Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations at once.
Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, and basic software tools.
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting.
Experience in retail or e-commerce.
Knowledge of costumes, styling, or seasonal products.
Familiarity with online chat tools or CRM systems.
