As QC Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our meat products, at our Factory in South Kirkby, Nr Pontefract. You will enjoy the responsibility of conducting inspections and ensuring our quality control standards. Your attention to detail will be vital in maintaining our quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you will I be doing?
- Conduct visual checks on our meat products to ensure they meet our product specifications.
- Monitor and document product quality, temperature, and weight.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
- Work with the Quality Manager and Production team to address quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality control procedures.
What skills and experience do I need?
- Previous experience in quality assurance
- Experience with working with CCP's.
- Experience with working in food manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of HACCP desirable
What are my working hours?
Mon-Fri 5.30am - 1.30pm with fully paid breaks. (40 hours per week + overtime opportunities).
How much will I be paid?
The pay is £11.40 per hour.
