we are seeking a transcription/correspondence specialist for a part-time position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience transcribing and preparing legal correspondence.
The employees’ primary duties will be to transcribe, prepare, and send firm correspondence as dictated or prepared.
Essential Qualifications
· High School diploma or greater.
· At least 1 year of experience transcribing dictated correspondence.
· Proficiency across Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
· Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a law office.
Schedule and Compensation
· The employee will be expected to commit to a set weekly schedule for 15-20 hours per week, to be determined at hire.
· Pay will be commensurate with experience. This is a non-exempt, part-time hourly position.
